2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit as specified during the booking process.
- Full payment is required prior to the delivery of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved, including their quantity, size, and any special requirements.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are packed appropriately and are in a condition suitable for transportation.
4. Liability
- While we take great care in handling your belongings, Lakshay Packers & Movers is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit unless caused by our negligence.
- Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance for high-value items to ensure they are covered during the move.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit.
- Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability but may incur additional fees.

7. Governing Law
